Positive: Good infrastructure, quiet and staff tried to help as much as possible
Negative: Definitely not a 5-star experience. Rooms are spacious but very dated, with weak AC, a low-quality hairdryer, and an average bed at best. The biggest issue, however, is the breakfast service. While staff are friendly and try to help, the situation is poorly managed: tables often remain uncleared for 30-40 minutes, leaving guests standing around waiting for a clean spot. I raised this issue daily, but nothing changed. For a property claiming 4 or 5 stars, this level of service is unacceptable.
Summary: Not a true 5-star experience - dated rooms and poorly managed breakfast service ruin the stay
